What we do
Vaccination and preventive care
Vaccination and parasite prevention depend on age, health, previous records and exposure. Bring the vaccination record so an individual plan can be discussed.
Laboratory tests

Diagnostic imaging

Surgery

Internal medicine

Dermatology

Cardiology

Before you come
Your first visit
- Bring vaccination records, previous test results and prescriptions if available. Unknown history is useful information too; there is no need to guess.
- Write down the onset of the problem, changes in food or water intake, and medicines or products recently given.
- Cats travel in a secure carrier and dogs on a suitable lead or harness. Information about pain or handling difficulties helps the team plan the arrival.
- Do not withhold food or stop prescribed medicine unless the veterinarian has given instructions for your animal and the planned procedure.
- A preferred date and time can be sent through WhatsApp or discussed by phone. The appointment is confirmed when the clinic agrees the time; fees and preparation are part of that conversation.

Do not wait if you see these signs
- Difficulty breathing, or open-mouth breathing in a cat
- Collapse, loss of consciousness or severe weakness
- A prolonged seizure or repeated seizures
- Bleeding that does not stop, a road accident or a serious fall
- Straining without passing urine, particularly in a male cat
- A swollen abdomen with repeated unsuccessful attempts to vomit
- Possible poisoning or swallowing medicine or a foreign object
- Heavy panting, weakness or collapse after heat exposure
